This role offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact while working within a larger, well‐resourced organization through MITY.**What You’ll Do*** Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns across digital, print, email, and social media channels* Assist in writing and creating engaging content for brochures, websites, email campaigns, and social platforms* Support strategy development for marketing campaigns, social media, and digital advertising* Conduct market research to identify target audiences and analyze market and industry trends* Collaborate cross‐functionally with sales and internal teams to ensure alignment* Create and manage sales enablement materials to support lead generation and dealer success* Partner with the sales team to support dealer relationships and marketing needs* Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance using analytics tools* Stay current on marketing best practices and healthcare industry trends**What We’re Looking For****Required Qualifications*** Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field* 4+ years of experience in digital marketing, content marketing, or a related role* Proven experience supporting marketing campaigns and brand initiatives* Strong understanding of performance marketing and advertising strategies* Experience using analytics tools to track and evaluate campaign performance* Excellent written and verbal communication skills* Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities* Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment**Preferred Qualifications*** Experience in the medical device or healthcare industry
