Looking for a

technical

individual to handle our daily support queue and contribute documentationfor our website.
This is a flexible-work-hours remote role. As long as you do goodwork and clear the US-business hours support queue, we don’tcare where or when you work.
We communicate mostly asynchronously over slack, so we have a funvirtual culture, without the draining in-office water coolerchats.
No daily standups, 1:1’s every other week, we hire goodtrustworthy teammates and let them do their thing withoutmicromanagement.
Responsibilities

Handle daily customer support queue by diagnosing common issuesaround email forwarding
Check AI bot answers and update AI training data to improve ourfront-line AI bot
Create new and improve existing technical documentation
Write blog posts promoting the product
Reply to customer reviews, manage social media presence
Suggest areas of improvement to the customer experience
Qualifications

Experience with DNS/Email Troubleshooting
2+ years of experience in another technical support role
Comfortable with modern SaaS tools (slack, linear, notion,intercom, etc. or equivalents)
Ability to solve problems without needing extensive hand holding
