Job Summary
We are hiring a Senior PPC Manager with 5+ years of hands‑on experience managing high‑budget paid media campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Ads. This is a fully remote role ideal for a performance marketing expert who thrives on optimizing campaigns, scaling ad spend, and delivering measurable results.

Key Responsibilities

Plan, execute, and optimize PPC campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), LinkedIn, and other paid channels

Manage monthly ad budgets ranging from $20,000 to $200,000+

Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and audience targeting strategies

Continuously monitor campaign performance and implement A/B testing to improve CTR, CPC, CPA, and ROAS

Build and maintain reporting dashboards using tools like Google Analytics, Looker Studio, and CRM platforms

Collaborate with creative and content teams to develop high‑converting ad creatives and landing pages

Identify growth opportunities and scaling strategies for client accounts

Stay updated with the latest PPC trends, platform updates, and algorithm changes

Requirements

5+ years of proven experience in PPC / Paid Media Management

Strong expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Ads

Experience managing large advertising budgets ($20K+/month)

Solid understanding of conversion tracking, pixels, and analytics tools (Google Analytics, Tag Manager)

Experience with CRM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar)

Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data‑driven decisions

Excellent communication skills and ability to present campaign performance insights

Experience in eCommerce, SaaS, or lead generation campaigns is highly preferred
