About the Role
Dapper Labs is looking for a talented and motivated Junior-Mid

3D Technical Artist / Web Developer

with a strong foundation in 3D and interactive technology to join our team as a full-time contractor (40 hrs/week) starting immediately.
What You’ll Do
Build and maintain performant prototypes & web applications (React / JS / TypeScript)
Contribute to interactive features, pipelines, and tooling (Node / Python / C#)
Create and optimize 3D assets and workflows (Blender / Unity)
Collaborate with designers, artists, and engineers to deliver polished user experiences
Write clean, maintainable, testable code with attention to detail
Participate in the full lifecycle: discovery, prototyping, iteration, optimization, and polish
Who You Are
2+ years of professional experience in web development, software development, and/or Unity development
Practical experience with Three.js / React Three Fiber / WebGL
Knowledge of 3D content creation tools (Blender, Maya, etc.)
Experience with WebGL, GLSL, and writing custom shaders
Knowledge of Node.js or similar frameworks
Comfortable with Git and collaborative workflows
Portfolio or GitHub with relevant projects
