Wear Felicity is a fast-growing e-commerce jewelry brand that helps people celebrate what they love most. We currently invest heavily in paid acquisition across Meta, TikTok, Google, and AppLovin. We are looking for a high-performance operator to take over our $12M+/year ad budget and fuel our next stage of growth.

Role Overview
You will pilot a $12M+/year budget. Your job is to manage the architecture of our ad accounts, maintain our efficiency targets (MER/Contribution Margin), and tell the Creative Team exactly what data points lead to revenue.

What You’ll Do

High-Volume Media Buying:

Own the day-to-day execution and bid management across Meta, TikTok, Google (PMax/YouTube), and AppLovin.

Financial Pacing:

You are the bank. You manage daily budgets to ensure we hit monthly revenue targets without breaking our efficiency thresholds (MER/CAC).

Account Architecture:

Structure campaigns for scale. You know when to use ASC vs. manual controls, and you are obsessed with clean data and exclusions.

The "Truth" Source:

You own the attribution (Northbeam). You tell the team what is actually working, separate from platform vanity metrics.

Feedback Loop:

You don't make the ads, but you grade them. You provide weekly reports to the Creative Lead on which angles, formats, and landing pages are driving the highest LTV customers.

What We’re Looking For

3–5+ years of pure performance marketing.

You have logged thousands of hours in Ads Manager.

High-Spend Experience:

You have managed a single account spending

$500k+/month .

Analytical Obsession:

You live in Excel/Sheets. You make decisions based on statistical significance, not gut feeling.

Platform Fluency:

Deep technical knowledge of Meta Advantage+, Google PMax, and TikTok Smart Performance Campaigns. Experience with AppLovin is a plus.

3–5+ years of performance marketing experience, with deep hands-on media buying expertise.

Proven track record of profitably managing large-scale e-commerce budgets ($500k+/mo).

Strong analytical skills and platform fluency (Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads, Google Ads, GA4, Excel/Sheets).

Creative thinker who knows how to generate, test, and scale winning ad angles.

Experience with mobile ad platforms (AppLovin or similar) is a strong plus.
