Role Responsibilities

Create structured tasks and deliverables based on common operational and management requests

Diagnose real-world operational challenges and translate them into clear, actionable outputs

Support AI research initiatives by documenting workflows, processes, and decision frameworks

Review and refine deliverables to ensure clarity, accuracy, and consistency

Work independently in a remote, asynchronous environment

Requirements

Strong professional experience in general management, operations, or related fields

Excellent written communication skills with strong grammar and attention to detail

Ability to work independently and follow structured guidelines

Comfort translating operational expertise into documented outputs for AI training
