About the Role

We are seeking a

hands‑on, strategic Copywriter

to own enterprise web and marketing content end‑to‑end. This role partners with Web, Enterprise, and Creative Marketing teams to craft copy for web properties, landing pages, campaigns, and enterprise marketing materials.

This is a

highly independent, individual contributor role . You’ll proactively scope, draft, and finalize copy with minimal oversight, extract the right information from stakeholders, and turn complex technical content into clear, compelling narratives. Success in this role requires curiosity, resourcefulness, and the ability to quickly understand new business contexts.

Responsibilities

Own copywriting for enterprise web pages, landing pages, industry solutions, and use‑case narratives, collaborating closely with Enterprise Marketing.

Lead content updates and copy creation for web properties, sales enablement materials, and growth campaigns.

Translate complex technical topics into clear, accessible, and persuasive narratives for diverse enterprise audiences.

Create frameworks for ABM campaigns, A/B testing, and content performance optimization.

Partner with Sales and Product teams to incorporate customer insights into messaging.

Develop and maintain enterprise tone, voice, and messaging standards.

Work with designers and developers to ensure copy aligns with UX and web best practices.

Manage multiple requests in a fast‑paced, ambiguous environment while maintaining high‑quality output.

Contribute to localization planning by creating A/B testing frameworks for international teams.

Must‑Have Qualifications

10+ years of copywriting experience

in enterprise B2B SaaS space.

Hands‑on, individual contributor experience ― able to scope, draft, and finalize copy independently.

Proven experience creating landing pages, ads, and campaigns for enterprise resources (white papers, ebooks) end‑to‑end.

Experience with

A/B testing

and using data to inform copy decisions.

Comfortable in fast‑paced, ambiguous environments and able to proactively extract the right information from stakeholders.

Strong collaboration skills with design, development, and PNM teams.

Portfolio demonstrating

web copy, long‑form content, enterprise B2B SaaS marketing materials , and a

full user journey/flow approach .

Strong curiosity, proactive attitude, and ability to learn a business quickly to deliver accurate messaging.

Experience writing about

AI, machine learning, or emerging technologies

is highly desirable.

Nice‑to‑Haves

Understanding of

SEO principles

and content optimization.

Experience with

content management systems

and web publishing workflows.

Previous work with

enterprise sales teams

and direct exposure to customer conversations.

Experience creating

A/B testing frameworks for localization .

This role is eligible to enroll in both Mondo’s health insurance plan and retirement plan. Mondo defers to the applicable State or local law for paid sick leave eligibility.
