Account Executive, Commercial Sales (8‑10 k employees)

We are hiring an Account Executive to join our Commercial Sales team, focused on companies with under 10 000 employees. This role specifically supports prospects with 2 000–5 000 employees. You will lead the full sales cycle from prospecting to close, driving new business and building strong client relationships. You will manage RFPs, lead discovery calls, and deliver tailored presentations that showcase our value. You will collaborate with internal teams and external partners to expand revenue and achieve quota goals while representing our solutions with expertise and confidence. This is a full‑time remote position; occasional travel may be required for team or company events.
What you’ll do:

Drive the sales process from qualification through closing and hand off to customer service.
Acquire net new logo customers to reach quota attainment.
Project‑manage RFPs and coordinate with our proposal team.
Lead discovery calls and craft customized presentations.
Represent and sell specific product offerings (ROI reporting, utilization reporting, geo‑access
etwork reporting, etc.).
Attend conferences and industry events.
Leverage sales tools, market‑facing presentations, and internal enablement guides.
Execute against an annual quota by collaborating with internal and external partners (BDR, Strategic Alliance, Benefits Consultants and Brokers, Resellers, etc.).
What success looks like in this role:

Attain annual revenue targets as set for quota.
Complete all assigned training modules.
Collaborate effectively with team, leaders, and cross‑functional peers.
Consistently add new pipeline from all sources—self‑sourced, marketing, consultants, partners, and business development.
What you’ll bring:

Bachelor’s Degree.
3+ years of sales experience, preferably in a fast‑paced startup environment.
BDR experience prior to AE, or relevant prospecting experience.
Working knowledge of Google Office Suite.
Strong working knowledge of the benefits and/or mental health and wellness space preferred.
Proactive approach to customer engagements.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to travel up to 10% of the year for conferences and customers (if required).
Client‑facing experience with mid‑to‑large size clients.

Self‑starter who thrives on autonomy and building relationships.

Target base salary range: $125 000

This role is part of a competitive total rewards package including stock options and benefits. Individual pay may vary from the target range and is determined by a number of factors including experience, location, internal pay equity, and other relevant business considerations. We review all employee pay and compensation programs annually using the Radford Global Compensation Database to ensure competitive and fair pay.
