Job Description
Be a driving force behind talent and culture initiatives, serving as the steward of the property’s culture and values. This role is responsible for fostering a strong commitment to training, engagement, and standards of excellence. Support all team members in delivering exceptional employee experiences throughout their entire employment journey.
Lead all learning and development efforts on property, including new hire onboarding and ongoing team member training programs, ensuring continuous growth and alignment with brand standard.
Serve as the primary point of contact for team members, providing guidance, support, and timely resolution to questions and concerns.
Maintain and continuously improve HR processes, procedures, and communications to ensure compliance and operational effectiveness. Partner closely with department leaders to ensure policies and protocols are consistently followed.
Support department leaders across all people-related functions, including payroll, staffing, team communications, and employee relations.
Oversee full-cycle recruitment for all positions, including posting roles on internal and external job boards, screening candidates, and preparing and extending job offers.
Act as the liaison for J-1 Visa partnerships, ensuring all applications are completed accurately and submitted in a timely manner.
Maintain accurate and compliant employee records, regularly reviewing and enhancing processes as needed.
Develop, implement, and sustain meaningful team member recognition programs that reinforce culture and engagement.
Qualifications
Minimum of 2 years in Talent and Culture generalist role.
Hotel experience preferred.
