TALENT REPRESENTATIVE

to join our HUMAN RESOURCES team!

Responsibilities
The Talent Representative, reporting to the System Director of Talent Delivery, supports the Talent Delivery Partner by serving as a representative to Client regarding all tactical Talent needs.

Hours
Full Time 1.0 FTE, 80 Hours Biweekly. This is an onsite position.

Experience / Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree is preferred.

1-year progressive Human Resources and/or Talent experience preferred.

PHR or equal preferred.

Talent Delivery, Critical Thinking and Collaboration competence.

Annual competencies as required by Aspirus and/or various regulatory agencies based on entity and
