strategic Amazon Brand Manager

to lead our brand presence and growth on Amazon. This is a hands‑on, high‑impact role where you’ll own brand strategy, drive marketing initiatives, and ensure Stylia Beauty’s voice stands out in the competitive Amazon marketplace.

About the role
The Amazon Brand Manager will be responsible for growth, positioning, and brand performance on Amazon. You’ll own the brand strategy on the platform — from storytelling and differentiation to advertising, promotions, and customer experience. Reporting directly to the Founder, you’ll lead initiatives that increase visibility, drive sales, and strengthen long‑term brand equity.

Key Responsibilities
Team Leadership & Collaboration

Manage and mentor the VA team supporting catalog management, reporting, and daily Amazon operations.

Provide clear workflows, feedback, and training to ensure accountability and performance.

Foster collaboration across creative, logistics, and advertising functions.

Brand Strategy & Positioning

Define and execute Amazon brand strategy, focusing on messaging, storytelling, and competitive differentiation.

Build a cohesive brand presence across all Amazon touchpoints.

Marketing & Advertising

Manage and optimize Amazon Sponsored Ads and DSP campaigns.

Develop promotions, influencer tie‑ins, and brand partnerships to amplify visibility.

Oversee creative testing and campaign reporting to maximize ROAS.

Content & Creative Optimization

Lead optimization of A+ Content, Brand Store, product images, and copywriting to align with brand voice.

Collaborate with design teams to ensure visually compelling, conversion‑focused content.

Customer Experience & Brand Reputation

Monitor pricing strategies, reviews, and customer feedback to maintain strong brand reputation.

Develop strategies to improve ratings, review velocity, and customer trust.

Performance Tracking & Reporting

Track and report on key brand health metrics, including sales growth, market share, conversion rate, ACOS/ROAS, and brand equity indicators.

Use data‑driven insights to refine campaigns and strategies.

Qualifications:

Experience:

4+ years managing Amazon FBA brand growth, ideally in beauty, wellness, or consumer goods.

Proven expertise in

brand strategy, advertising (sponsored ads/DSP), promotions, and content optimization .

Experience managing and mentoring virtual teams.

Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Amazon tools (DataDive, Helium 10, Brand Analytics, Scale Insights, etc.).

Ability to translate data into actionable strategies that grow sales and brand equity.

Exceptional communication and storytelling skills, with strong attention to detail.

Familiarity with influencer/affiliate partnerships on Amazon is a plus.
