Overview
The Product Developer, Partnership Personalization at Crocs Inc. will be responsible for developing new charms, accessories and collectibles as well as projects involving colors and graphics on carryover products, from initial ideation through manufacturing. This role supports the Product Creation Teams to deliver a wide range of in-line products, manage calendars, drive process improvements, and achieve product objectives around aesthetics, quality, and cost within required timelines. The position also collaborates with licensors and third‑party partners to manage approvals, ensure licensing compliance, and execute sourcing strategies that bring exciting, on‑trend products to market. This role will help with the collectibles product lines that will span partnerships and mainline.
What You'll Do
Work with a global, cross‑functional product creation team from building and development achievements through commercialization to build products that go above and beyond.
Analyze design packs and prepare for factory deliverables.
Maintain Product Bill of Materials (BOM) and communicate costing for products in development.
Identify potential manufacturing, efficiency and costing concerns during the product development cycle and cost targets.
Own the sample process, including submitting clear sample requests, summarizing product teardowns, and documenting and communicating revisions.
Communicate opportunities to product teams for improved construction, materials, and components to enhance functionality, aesthetics, durability, and fit.
Initiate meetings with product teams during various phases of development to review, evaluate, update, and ultimately drive the decision‑making process that leads to on‑time production confirmation and goals.
Work independently and provide guidance to the team through explanation of facts and policies.
Speak to costing targets or drive toward costing targets.
Maintain a strong foundation of supplier capabilities, factory relations, quality issues, material pricing, and lead times.
Understand and maintain standards for design quality and development process.
Navigate and prioritize deliverables in a fast‑paced environment.
Manage the physical storage of prototypes and samples.
Drive timelines with cross‑functional departments, manufacturing partners, and material supply chain.
Work directly with licensors and third‑party vendors; experience with proprietary properties preferred.
What You'll Bring to the Table
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in a related field is required.
Two (2+) years of experience in product creation or a similar role is required. Education beyond requirements in a related field may substitute for professional experience on a year‑for‑year basis.
Expanded conceptual understanding of the product development and manufacturing process.
Strong project management skills.
Proven verbal and written communication skills with the ability to clearly articulate goals and objectives.
Strong problem‑solving skills with the ability to work independently, manage ambiguity, and develop effective responses for unique process exceptions using experience and sound judgment.
Detail oriented, self‑motivated with strong decision‑making capabilities.
Demonstrates a passion for premium products and team building, fostering a positive, collaborative culture, and working effectively with cross‑functional teams.
Experience in licensed product and collectibles/blind boxes preferred.
Domestic and international travel required.

Pay offered will vary based on job‑related factors such as location, experience, training, skills, and abilities.
