Client Director – Strategic Accounts (Enterprise / Fortune 1000)
Pay Range : Base $150,000–$170,000/yr. Variable compensation tied to financial achievement.
About Us : We are a fast‑growing cybersecurity services firm helping enterprise clients strengthen defenses across Identity & Access Management (IAM), Managed Detection & Response (MDR), Risk Advisory (CAS), Security Verification (Pen Testing, Red Teaming), and Security Engineering (SES). We guide large organizations in reducing cyber risk, modernizing identity, and optimizing security operations.
Role Overview : This role is built for a strategic account farmer. The Client Director owns a small portfolio of high‑value enterprise accounts—major banks, healthcare systems, F1000 corporations—and is responsible for retention, expansion, executive alignment, and multi‑year account strategy to increase client spend.
Success is measured by financial outcomes, revenue expansion, and account health, not by net‑new logo acquisition. Compensation is goal‑based variable, not commission‑driven.
Key Responsibilities
Own 3–6 major enterprise accounts with annual portfolios ranging from high six to eight figures.
Build and execute strategic account plans with 12–24 month growth horizons.
Drive renewals, expansions, and cross‑practice penetration across IAM, MDR, CAS, SVS, and SES.
Maintain strong executive relationships with CISOs, CIOs, Heads of IAM, Procurement, and LOB leaders.

Understand client business objectives and proactively introduce relevant services and modernization paths.
Partner with delivery leadership to ensure quality execution and account satisfaction.
Maintain accurate forecasting, account health scoring, and financial reporting in SFDC.
Represent the company at industry events with assigned clients.
Qualifications
7+ years managing large enterprise accounts in cybersecurity, cloud, or IT services.

Skilled in account planning, QBR governance, and renewal/expansion strategy.
Familiarity with MEDDICC, Solution Selling, or similar frameworks.
Highly organized with strong financial acumen and the ability to forecast accurately.
