Role Description
A Sr. Account Executive at Aline.co will drive enterprise sales by managing the full sales cycle—from initial calls and consultative discovery to closing—focused on in-house legal and operations teams. This role requires a strategic seller who can build executive-level relationships, deeply understand customer challenges, and position Aline’s AI-driven legal platform as the solution of choice.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Aline's sales efforts as it relates to new customers.
Conduct customer demos, handle account renewals, and have a strong knowledge of Aline's software platform to assist in sales efforts.
Research potential clients and sell Aline's software solutions throughout North America.
Engage with Aline's executive team to refine sales strategy and messaging. You will have significant creative input into supporting sales efforts.
Generate revenue forecasts and achieve quota targets.
Collaborate with marketing and product management teams to support sales efforts.
Maximize the effectiveness of our CRM, using HubSpot for pipeline management. Use LinkedIn Sales Navigator and other tools to target specific clients.

Experience
Bachelor’s degree or above.
Minimum 2-5 years of relevant B2B Sales experience, preferably SaaS sales.
Proven record of revenue generation.
Self-motivated, goal-driven, high-energy, and a strong team player.
Dedicated and focused on high outbound activities (phone, email, online channels).
Demonstrated ability to thrive and learn at a start-up. Willing to work outside of your job description if necessary.
