Responsibilities
Design and develop custom WordPress websites for healthcare clients
Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes using Figma or similar tools
Collaborate with copywriters and developers to implement designs
Implement SEO best practices in design and development
Maintain brand consistency across all design elements
Create landing pages for paid advertising campaigns
Conduct website audits and recommend improvements
Stay current on web design trends and healthcare website best practices
Ensure HIPAA compliance and ADA accessibility standards
Requirements
3+ years of web design experience
Strong portfolio showcasing healthcare or professional services websites
Expert proficiency in WordPress, Elementor, or similar page builders
Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, or similar design tools
Knowledge of UX/UI design principles and conversion optimization
Experience with responsive design and mobile-first approach
Understanding of SEO and website performance optimization
Excellent attention to detail and design aesthetics
Strong communication skills and ability to present design concepts
