This Sales Manager position leads a 12-person phone sales team selling B2B marketing services with plans to scale to 25-30 reps by year-end.

This profitable marketing services company has spent two decades helping clients grow through digital advertising, marketing, and custom websites. The business is operationally strong, high-margin, and entering a growth phase. The CEO just spent six weeks on the sales floor rebuilding team culture, installing dashboards, and creating a support structure. The Sales Manager inherits a stabilized team, custom AI tools that show exactly where each rep is stuck, and a leadership team that's all-in on this person's success.

What You Will Own

Coach 12 reps daily using AI dashboards that pinpoint where each person breaks down

Drive rep performance and efficiency through data‑driven insights—you dream up the tool and the AI team will build it

Collaborate with the Appointment Setting Manager on lead quality and setter performance

Double the team this year (ramping to 20+) using existing onboarding and training systems

Keep the floor energized and performance consistent across the team

What You Need to Be a Fit

You have 5+ years leading high‑velocity phone sales teams with 3-6 week sales cycles

You're comfortable using AI tools and call transcript analysis to coach, not just track numbers

You lead from the floor, not from an office
