Job Duties

Develop, capture, and edit creative visual content aligned with the brand identity and marketing initiatives.

Collaborate with the marketing and design teams to create photos and videos for e-commerce, social media, and advertising campaigns.

Develop creative concepts, mood boards, storyboards, and visual planning for campaigns.

Organize and conduct photography sessions and video shoots.

Direct models, adjust lighting, and ensure product presentation is aligned with the brand image.

Edit and retouch photos and videos using Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, Premiere Pro, and Final Cut Pro.

Optimize final materials for digital and print platforms.

Ensure visual consistency across all company media materials.

Coordinate logistics for photo sessions and video shoots, including scheduling, location selection, and coordination with stylists and the marketing team.

Monitor engagement metrics and assist with planning promotional calendars and seasonal campaigns.

Ensure timely delivery of visual materials for product launches and promotional campaigns.

Minimum Requirements

Education:

High school diploma or equivalent.

Experience:

3 years of experience in photography and videography.

Languages:

Fluent Portuguese and English required.

Specific Skills

Proficiency in photography and videography techniques.

Advanced knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, Premiere Pro, and Final Cut Pro.

Ability to set up lighting and camera equipment.

Familiarity with social media content production and digital branding.

Creativity and attention to detail.

Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.

Knowledge of social media trends and digital formats.
