Responsibilities
Client Communication & Service
You’ll own communication with clients alongside the Senior Strategy Director. You’d work up to owning client communication outright during monthly calls and day-to-day with clients. This includes: monthly agendas, performance plans, creative requests and any odds and ends that arise. Ideal candidates are clear communicators and adept at setting expectations that lead to good relationships internally and externally.
Contribute to Strategic Planning
You’ll develop an expertise of ad platforms and industry trends that add to client strategy and drive performance. You’ll collaborate with Creative and Analytics teams to elevate our approach. Ideal candidates are motivated to lead plans for a handful of accounts over time.
Coordinate Launches + Uphold Process
You’ll coordinate flawless, best-in-class account launches and optimizations across primarily Meta and Google – Experience on TikTok, Pinterest, and Bing is a plus. This includes client interfacing, internal documentation and maintaining flawless QA standards. Ideal candidates are detail oriented.
Analyze + Optimize for Performance Goals
You’ll be responsible for day to day ad account optimizations in relation to client growth strategy, pacing goals, and industry trends. You’ll use data to develop and scale paid campaigns to maximize efficiency and implement tests. Ideal candidates are excited to be a best-in-class media buyer for our clients.
Creative Analytics
This role works directly with clients and collaborates with the creative team, delivering insights, competitor analysis and recommendations for how to produce and design engaging ads based on data driven decisions. Ideal candidates care about consumer psychology and social media trends.
Qualifications
2-3+ years experience with hands on keyboard Paid Social and ideally Search channel management, preferably in an agency environment.
Solid client relationship management skills and extremely comfortable meeting and speaking with new people. This role will interface with clients on a weekly to daily basis.
Solid understanding of core growth KPIs such as: CPM, CTR, CPC, CVR, CAC, ROAS.
Experience with testing and reporting across strategies, creative and landing pages.
Proficient with Google Sheet/Excel formulas.
Experience with Notion and Asana preferred.
Must be comfortable working EST business hours
