Zingage is an AI platform for home‑based care, scaling with advanced AI agents to handle over 2,600 scheduling calls per week and a GTM system that pre‑prepares sellers.
We are growing from about 20 to 40 employees in the next three months and need to onboard 20 new hires across engineering, AI/ML, product design, and enterprise sales. Your role is to build and own a world‑class recruiting function that fuels this rapid growth.
Responsibilities
- Own the entire recruiting function: sourcing, screening, and closing until you build and lead a team.
- Develop a proactive pipeline for approximately ten open engineering, AI/ML, product design, enterprise sales, and GTM roles.
- Work with functional leaders to anticipate quarterly hiring needs.
- Build and scale the outbound engine to replace reliance on contingent recruiters.
- Design and implement the interview process, defining what we test for and how we evaluate candidates.
- Deliver an end‑to‑end high‑touch candidate experience from first outreach through signed offer.
- Maintain recruiting infrastructure, including Ashby optimization, pipeline analytics, and conversion metrics.
Qualifications
- Experience sourcing and closing roles at a rapidly growing company (e.g., Ramp, Uber) with high‑volume sourcing and cold outreach that converts.
- A proven builder mindset that has scaled an in‑house recruiting function.
- Strong opinions about quality; proven ability to defend high‑quality hires against salary or prestige arguments.
- Obsessive focus on pipeline – building relationships even before requisitions open.
- Desire to own a department from scratch rather than inherit an existing one.
