Role 1: Develop Comprehensive Content Execution with Clear Expectations

Summary

Lead multimedia content production from concept to delivery, ensuring consistent quality and brand adherence.
Responsibilities
Plan, shoot, and produce content for multiple platforms. Primary mediums include photo and video. Audio and print may also be required
Execute end-to-end production workflows including editing, color correction, and audio mixing
Create platform-optimized content (Reels, TikTok, Stories.)
Maintain organized asset libraries and establish production quality standards
Strong visual storytelling skills focused on brand consistency and quality control
Photography, videography, and advanced editing expertise
Asset management and organizational abilities
Comfortable working autonomously
Role 2: Technical Knowledge of Services

Summary

Serve as technical expert for multimedia production tools, equipment, and platforms.
Responsibilities
Operate Adobe Creative Suite, professional cameras, lighting, and audio equipment
Manage video codecs, file formats, and platform delivery specifications
Troubleshoot technical issues and stay current with emerging technologies
Maintain production equipment and provide technical guidance
Minimum of 4 years of industry experience
Technical gear knowledge to execute interviews, b-roll, and photography
In-depth understanding of Adobe Creative products and DaVinci Resolve
Technical problem-solving and adaptability to new technologies
Understanding of digital workflows and file management
Role 3: Strategic Decision-Making, Recommendations and Timeliness of Deliverables

Summary

Provide clients with recommended treatments through data-driven insights while ensuring on-time delivery.
Responsibilities
Deliver work within the approved scope and timing of a Scope of Work
Analyze performance metrics and provide optimization recommendations
Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines
Monitor trends and recommend innovative content approaches
Strategic thinking and data analysis
Time management and project prioritization
Creative problem-solving under pressure
Summary : Foster continuous learning by mentoring team members and supporting cross-department efforts
Responsibilities
Mentor team members on photography, videography, and editing techniques
Share knowledge of multimedia content trends and best practices through training sessions
Autonomously hire and oversee contractors and vendors, if required
Develop social media copy, as needed
Strong communication and collaboration abilities
