Role Description & Responsibilities
This is a full-time hybrid role for an SEO Manager located in Miami, FL. That said, you'll be required to work from our office in Downtown Miami 2-3 days per week. The SEO Manager will oversee the development and execution of SEO strategies, conduct comprehensive SEO and GEO audits, and manage keyword research to improve client performance. Responsibilities also include implementing AI-forward SEO strategies, analyzing website analytics, tracking key performance metrics, and presenting reports and strategies during client calls. The role requires a proactive approach to identifying optimization opportunities and collaborating with the account and client teams in a consultative, trusted-partner manner.

Qualifications

A minimum of 4-6+ years of hands‑on, full-time SEO experience

Experience in conducting SEO and GEO audits and developing actionable plans

Proficiency in keyword research and targeted content development

Knowledge of link building best practices and related strategies

Strong skills in web analytics tools and data interpretation

Understanding of digital marketing principles and trends

Ability to develop and execute comprehensive SEO campaigns

Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail

Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Experience managing and developing junior staff

Experience in presenting to clients and comfortable with account management support

Experience with Google Ads and/or Google Analytics is a plus
