About the Role
We’re seeking a high-performance Meta Media Buyer with deep experience in affiliate marketing and high-volume ad buying. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on data, moves fast, and knows what it takes to profitably scale offers with $10K+/day in ad spend.

You’ll take full ownership of campaign architecture, creative testing, and optimization strategies to consistently drive results across Meta platforms (Facebook + Instagram).

Key Responsibilities

Manage and scale Meta Ads campaigns (Facebook & Instagram) with daily budgets of $10K+ per offer

Build and launch full-funnel media strategies optimized for conversions (UGC ads, advertorials, lead gen, ecommerce)

Run systematic creative testing frameworks and identify winning combinations of hooks, copy, formats, and landing pages

Work closely with affiliate and funnel teams to align creatives, pre-sells, and checkout flows for maximum CVR and ROAS

Track performance daily across metrics like CTR, CPM, ROAS, CPA, AOV, LTV using platforms like Triple Whale, RedTrack, and Meta Ads Manager

Stay ahead of platform changes, creative trends, and compliance shifts—pivoting strategies as needed

Implement and troubleshoot CAPI, pixel setups, and UTM tracking for full-funnel attribution

Optimize based on performance data and deliver weekly reporting on campaign outcomes and scaling opportunities

Nice to Have

Experience working with affiliate networks, CPA/CPL models, and high-volume landing page funnels

Familiarity with native ad compliance and white/gray hat scaling strategies

Ability to provide creative briefs and collaborate with editors, copywriters, and designers

Experience testing across new Meta placements (Reels, Advantage+ Shopping, Instant Forms)

Requirements

5+ years of hands-on Meta media buying experience, preferably in affiliate or direct-response environments

Proven track record managing $10K+/day in ad spend per offer across multiple geos or verticals (beauty, wellness, finance, health, etc.)

Deep understanding of ad creative hooks, thumb-stopping visuals, UGC, and compliance best practices

Fluency in campaign architecture (CBO, ABO, broad testing, Advantage+ shopping) and audience segmentation

Experience with third-party tracking tools (e.g., RedTrack, Triple Whale, Hyros) and A/B testing tools

Strong analytical and decision-making skills—comfortable pulling and interpreting data to drive strategy

Self-starter attitude with a bias toward execution and results; thrives in a remote, high-autonomy environment
