Our client is looking for an Ads Media Assistant to support their digital marketing operations by creating advertising media and assisting with administrative tasks. This role is ideal for a proactive professional who enjoys working with creative tools, following structured processes, and supporting marketing teams behind the scenes. The Ads Media Assistant will use AI tools to generate advertising media based on provided scripts and materials, review and refine outputs, and assist with onboarding new client accounts and other operational tasks. The position requires someone organized, reliable, and comfortable following established SOPs while working independently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Create advertising media and graphics using provided scripts and materials through AI-powered tools

Review, edit, and refine AI-generated media to ensure quality and alignment with client expectations

Assist with onboarding new client accounts by setting up required systems and tools

Support daily operational and administrative tasks as assigned

Follow internal Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to maintain consistency and efficiency

Help manage and organize client-related assets and materials

Ensure advertising content is properly prepared and delivered according to internal workflows

Collaborate with team members when adjustments or improvements to media assets are required

Maintain organized records of tasks, assets, and client setups

Requirements

Ability to follow detailed SOPs and structured workflows

Strong attention to detail when reviewing AI-generated media

Comfortable using AI tools for creative production tasks

Ability to work independently and manage assigned tasks effectively

Strong organizational skills and ability to handle multiple small tasks daily

Reliable internet connection and ability to work in a fully remote environment

Qualifications

Previous experience as a Virtual Assistant, Media Assistant, Marketing Assistant, or Administrative Assistant is preferred

Familiarity with digital marketing workflows or media production processes is a plus

Experience working with AI-based tools for media generation is advantageous

Ability to learn new tools quickly and adapt to evolving processes

Self-starter mentality with a proactive and independent work style

Strong work ethic and reliability when handling recurring tasks
