One Firefly is seeking a highly skilled and strategic Senior SEM Analyst to join our growing Digital Advertising team.

As our newest Senior SEM Analyst, you’ll lead the strategy, execution, and optimization of paid search campaigns across a portfolio of clients, while also playing a key role in supporting internal initiatives and team development. Reporting to the SEM Team Lead, you’ll act as a subject‑matter expert in paid search—driving performance, guiding junior team members, and contributing to the evolution of our SEM services.

You’ll collaborate closely with account managers, analysts, and leadership to align campaign strategy with client goals and business outcomes. This role is ideal for someone who is both analytical and strategic, thrives in a fast‑paced environment, and enjoys balancing hands‑on execution with leadership and mentorship.

Note: This is a full‑time, remote‑based (work from home) position; candidates should have access to reliable high‑speed internet and be comfortable working in a highly collaborative, virtual environment.

What You’ll Do

Lead implementation, management, and optimization of paid search campaigns, with potential expansion into display and other paid media channels

Conduct advanced keyword research, audience targeting, and competitive analysis to inform campaign strategy

Execute ongoing campaign optimizations (bids, budgets, keyword management, A/B testing) to improve KPIs such as CTR, CPC, and conversion rates

Analyze campaign performance using Google Ads, Google Ads Editor, and Google Analytics to identify trends and opportunities

Write, test, and refine ad copy aligned with best practices to drive performance

Provide strategic recommendations on landing page performance to improve conversion rates and ROI

Partner with Account Managers to prepare for monthly client reporting and strategy calls, with increased involvement in communicating insights and recommendations

Act as a paid search subject‑matter expert in internal and client‑facing conversations as needed

Mentor and support onboarding SEM Analysts, providing guidance on best practices, processes, and optimization strategies

Assist in developing training materials and leading team workshops to support ongoing learning and development

Provide peer reviews and feedback to ensure campaign quality and consistency across the SEM team

Support One Firefly’s Corporate Marketing Program by building, optimizing, and monitoring internal campaigns

Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure internal campaigns align with brand goals and lead generation targets

Assist the SEM Team Lead with strategic projects to improve team operations, tools, and workflows

Maintain strong organization through project management tools and accurate time tracking

Follow established SOPs while identifying opportunities to improve efficiency and processes

What You’ll Bring

5+ years of experience managing digital advertising campaigns, with a focus on paid search

Strong expertise in Google Ads, including campaign strategy, optimization, and reporting

Experience managing multiple client accounts simultaneously (agency experience preferred)

Google Ads Certification (Search required; Display preferred)

Experience managing significant ad budgets (e.g., $200K+ annually)

Experience mentoring or training team members is a strong plus

Familiarity with Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Google Search Console is a plus

Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights

Excellent organizational and time management skills in a remote environment

Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly present strategy and performance

Comfortable participating in frequent video calls and collaborating with distributed teams

A proactive, solutions‑oriented mindset with a commitment to continuous learning
