Griswold Home Care for Lakeville and Shakopee is the newest expansion market Home Care Agency in the Greater Minneapolis area—serving the southern exurbs from Shakopee to Hastings and Lakeville to Northfield. We are seeking a mission‑driven Business Development Manager to support our commitment to serving the community and the clients who depend on us. At Griswold Home Care, we take pride in providing exceptional, personalized care that empowers clients to stay in the homes they love.
As a Business Development Manager, you’ll apply your skills in relationship‑building, strategic planning, and leadership to foster partnerships with referral sources and strengthen Griswold Home Care’s presence as a trusted provider of award‑winning care.
Compensation
Base Salary $55,000–$65,000 based on experience.
Bonuses: sliding rate 0.5–2% commission in perpetuity, based on volume.
Position Responsibilities
Build and maintain relationships with referral sources.
Develop and execute a strategic Monthly Sales Plan to achieve organizational goals.
Report to weekly one‑on‑one with Director to share KPI report and weekly goals.
Identify and participate in opportunities such as presentations, seminars, in‑services, and community activities.
Track and analyze client inquiries and referral source interactions for effective follow‑up.
Perform other marketing and sales duties as needed.
Required Qualifications
3+ years of experience in marketing or sales (Home Care sales experience preferred).
Valid driver’s license.
Associate’s degree or higher.
Strong communication skills and the ability to build meaningful connections.
