Scope of Ownership

Owns: Day-to-day marketing execution across events, email/SMS, and core campaigns; vendor coordination for creative, events, and web; and timely delivery of marketing assets and communications that support growth KPIs.

Owns (light): Channel performance tracking and assisting with planning for event, email/SMS, and selected paid initiatives, escalating insights and recommendations to senior growth leadership.

Contributes to: Tactical decisions such as event mix, campaign timing, creative testing, and audience targeting based on performance data and on-the-ground learnings.

Does not own: Company-level marketing strategy, LTV:CAC modeling, or total budget allocation; these remain with the Senior Growth Marketing Manager, VP of Growth and CRO.

Does not function: As a solo executor. Works closely with the Marketing Team, agencies, and vendors to achieve throughput at scale.

Operates within growth-aligned goals. Every campaign and event should map to measurable KPIs and quarterly priorities/sprint objectives.

Dental Office Signups - Qualified new dental offices driven or influenced by marketing campaigns and events.

Dental Professional Signups - Qualified new dental professionals driven through marketing efforts.

Account Activation - Offices and Professionals

Marketing Efficiency (in partnership with Growth)

Cost Per Signup (CPA) across key programs.

Channel-level ROI on campaigns and vendor-managed initiatives.

CAC by channel (supporting analysis and reporting).

Data Accuracy & Reporting Integrity - Clean lists, consistent tagging, and reliable campaign tracking (UTMs, CRM hygiene).

Supporting KPIs

Fill rate (shifts filled vs. posted).

Office retention and professional retention.

Shifts posted and shifts worked (marketing-influenced contribution via campaigns and events).

Key Responsibilities

Manage and optimize campaigns across email, SMS, social, events, and other priority channels; coordinate with paid media partners where applicable.

Manage all company communications that relate to events, campaigns, and key marketing initiatives.

Manage all aspects of tradeshow and event coordination, including pre-event planning, shipping event materials, and post-event follow-up.

Coordinate travel logistics, vendor relationships, booth materials, and on-site requirements.

Create and edit high quality marketing assets using tools like Canva and CapCut (social content, email graphics, presentations, and promotional materials).

Execute marketing communications across email and SMS channels, including campaign setup, scheduling, and performance tracking.

Support list building and audience segmentation efforts to improve campaign targeting.

Maintain a unified marketing calendar across all channels and initiatives; collaborate on social media and content marketing execution.

Manage internal resources to ensure projects and events are delivered on time and at a high standard.

Support lifecycle and activation campaigns for onboarding, activation, and retention via email/SMS and event touchpoints.

Collaborate with the Senior Marketing and Growth team to identify friction points and support faster approvals and activations through better communications and content.

Partner with Sales on high-impact marketing materials and campaigns that drive pipeline and conversion (pitch decks, one-pagers, flyers, digital assets).

Align messaging and positioning across the buyer journey to ensure consistency from first touch through activation.

Technical & Systems Support

Support CRM (HubSpot) hygiene, including tagging, segmentation, and data cleanup needed for campaigns.

Document key campaign and event processes and help maintain repeatable launch checklists.

Use tools like HubSpot, Instantly, Canva, and Asana to organize, launch, and track work.

Analytics, Budget & Continuous Optimization

Monitor performance of campaigns and events, surfacing trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities to optimize.

Report on data that can improve conversion and cost efficiency (e.g., messaging tweaks, audience refinement, event selection).

Support tracking and communication of key marketing KPIs and reporting, including contribution to CAC, CPA, and sign-ups.

Sales pipeline is better supported with timely, high-quality enablement assets and event-driven opportunities.

Every initiative you touch is tracked and tied back to clear goals, with budgets and resources used efficiently.

Experience and Qualifications
Required

2-5 years of experience in marketing, events, or a related field (B2B, services, or healthcare/dental a plus).

Strong organizational and project management skills with attention to detail.

Experience with design and content tools such as Canva and CapCut (or similar).

Familiarity with marketing automation, email marketing platforms, and SMS tools.

Ability to manage multiple priorities and respond quickly to changing needs.

Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset.

Comfortable working in a fast-paced, execution-focused environment.

Preferred

Experience supporting tradeshows or live events.

Background in B2B or service-based marketing.

Familiarity with CRM or marketing automation tools such as HubSpot; comfort with list management, basic attribution, and UTM usage.

Compensation and Benefits

Compensation Range: $60,000-$80,000, annually DOE.
