Project Manager (Account Manager)
A reputable Office Solutions Design Firm in Seattle, WA is currently hiring for a Project Manager (Account Manager). The role will mostly be remote, but candidates must be local to the Greater Seattle Area for client visits.

The main duty is to actively direct and perform activities necessary to ensure that the client's projects and accounts are completed on time, fostering strong client and vendor relationships through trust, respect, and effective communication. The role requires expertise in strategic planning, customer service, and risk mitigation, supporting the seamless execution of office space solutions, and collaborating with internal and external teams to ensure high-quality service and timely project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare financial forecasts, budgeting, and inventory management to maintain accurate records and improve processes.

Coordinate project logistics and service application to enhance customer satisfaction and deliver tailored solutions for strategic accounts.

Work with clients and their representatives to determine project goals, including aesthetics, budget, and functionality.

Prepare pricing and quotations for RFP responses and proposals.

Identify space-planning solutions and work with Designers for 2-D and 3-D visuals, floor plans, and renderings for client approval.

Oversee order management while considering the overall project schedule.

Coordinate product receipt, delivery, and installation with customer service and installation partners.

Focus on long-term client retention and provide ongoing support post-installation, including product updates, warranty management, and future needs.

Qualifications

Minimum 3 years of work experience in the commercial interiors industry with strong knowledge of commercial furnishings.

Experience or knowledge of Haworth products is a plus.

Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

Regular communication with key stakeholders including A&D firms, end users, GC’s, manufacturer representatives, sales leads, CAD designers, customer service, installation teams, and senior management.

CAD and design experience is a plus.

Proficiency in ProjectSpec5, Excel, Smartsheet, Plangrid, and/or MS Project is advantageous.

Location and Compensation
Location: Seattle, WA (mostly remote; travel to client sites in the Greater Seattle Area).
Pay: $80,000 - $100,000 per year, based on industry experience, job titles, software, tenure, etc.
