Marketing Coordinator Overview
Assist the Marketing Manager in developing and executing marketing strategies and collateral. This role requires multitasking, self‑reliance, adaptability, and a professional, supportive demeanor.

Responsibilities

Aid in creating renderings, floorplans, and brochures.

Collaborate with the marketing team to develop, execute, and assess marketing strategies for communities and homes.

Manage online content, including Lennar.com.

Maintain inventory of sales and marketing collateral.

Coordinate vendor invoices and payments.

Organize sales and marketing meetings and events.

Support the sales team by ordering marketing collateral.

Coordinate community openings, events, and trade shows.

Participate in weekly marketing meetings.

Qualifications

1 year of marketing experience preferred.

1 year of homebuilding industry experience preferred.

High school diploma or GED required; college degree preferred.

Valid driver’s license with a safe driving record.

Effective communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office, social media, and SEM.

Experience in content creation and Adobe Creative Suite preferred.

Ability to meet deadlines, manage confrontational situations, and accept feedback.

Physical ability to occasionally lift and move office materials, work outdoors, and operate a motor vehicle.
