Position Summary
The Marketing Manager will lead the development and execution of
North America downstream marketing strategy
across key product portfolios. This role owns the
full marketing lifecycle , from customer and market insights through go-to-market execution and performance measurement, and plays a critical role in driving demand, strengthening brand positioning, and delivering measurable commercial impact.
This individual will serve as a
strategic business partner
to Sales, Product, and Commercial leadership, influencing growth initiatives and aligning marketing strategies to revenue objectives. The ideal candidate brings a strong combination of
strategic thinking and executional leadership , with the ability to translate insights into impactful marketing programs that drive results.
Key Responsibilities
Marketing Strategy & Commercial Impact
Own and drive North America
downstream marketing strategy
for assigned product lines, aligning with global and commercial priorities
Define and execute
customer segmentation, targeting, and positioning strategies
Develop and lead
integrated go-to-market plans
that drive demand generation, pipeline growth, and revenue impact
Partner with Sales leadership to align marketing initiatives to
commercial targets and customer needs
Identify market trends, competitive dynamics, and customer insights to inform strategy and growth opportunities
End-to-End Campaign Ownership
Lead the
full marketing lifecycle , including planning, execution, and performance optimization
Drive multi-channel marketing programs across digital, events, dealer networks, and field marketing
Establish clear KPIs and track
campaign performance, ROI, and business impact
Translate data and performance insights into actionable recommendations for continuous improvement
Product & Portfolio Leadership
Support product lifecycle management, including
product launches, commercialization strategies, and portfolio positioning
Partner with Product Management and Clinical teams to ensure strong value propositions and messaging
Drive alignment between upstream strategy and downstream execution
Team Leadership & Cross-Functional Influence
Lead, coach, and develop a team of marketing professionals, fostering a high-performing and accountable culture
Influence and collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Clinical, and Operations teams
Serve as a key voice of marketing within the business, driving alignment and decision-making at leadership levels
Job Requirements
Experience
6-8+ years of
progressive marketing experience , ideally within Dental, MedDevice, B2B, MedTech, or other complex commercial and regulated environments
Demonstrated experience owning
end-to-end marketing strategy and execution , including measurable business impact
Proven success in
demand generation, go-to-market strategy, and product commercialization
Experience partnering with Sales organizations and influencing
commercial outcomes
Prior
people leadership experience
with the ability to develop and scale teams
Functional Expertise
Strong background in
market segmentation, positioning, and customer insights
Experience managing
multi-channel marketing programs
(digital, events, channel/dealer marketing)
Data-driven mindset with the ability to translate performance metrics into strategy
Familiarity with CRM and marketing automation platforms (e.g., Dynamics, HubSpot, Showpad)
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field required
MBA or advanced degree preferred
$129,200 - $157,900
Target Market Salary Range
Actual compensation packages take into account a wide range of factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to geographic location; skill sets; relevant education and certifications; depth of experience; performance; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed reasonable estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Envista, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. The total compensation package for this position may also include an annual performance bonus, medical/dental/vision benefits, 401K match, and/or other applicable compensation plans.
