What You’ll Be Doing
Design and develop

electrical layouts and engineering drawings

for substation and transmission projects
Create design packages including layouts, materials lists, and equipment specifications
Support the design of

transmission lines and substation systems

with a focus on safety and efficiency
Work closely with engineers, designers, and project teams to bring projects from concept to completion
Assist with

project planning , including estimates, schedules, and scopes
Contribute to solving engineering challenges and improving designs
What We’re Looking For
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Electrical preferred, but open)
1+ year of experience in the

utility, power, or energy industry
Basic understanding of

power systems

(generation, transmission, distribution)
Experience with or exposure to

CAD tools (AutoCAD or similar)
Ability to read technical drawings and engineering documents
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Motivated, team-oriented, and eager to learn
Nice to Have (Not Required)
Experience with

substation or transmission design
Familiarity with engineering calculations related to structures or electrical systems
