Dora Hospitality is seeking experienced, driven Directors Of Sales to lead revenue strategy and business development for multiple hotel properties in Fishers, Indiana.
This posting represents three distinct Director Of Sales roles, each dedicated to a single property:
Hilton Garden Inn Fishers
Staybridge Suites Fishers
AC Hotel Fishers (new development)
Each Director Of Sales position is dedicated exclusively to one property, ensuring focused leadership and accountability.

Role Overview
Each Director Of Sales is responsible for leading all sales efforts for their assigned hotel, including:
Market positioning and strategic planning
Build and grow key revenue streams through: Corporate, group, and local account development
Revenue generation and pipeline management
Cross-Functional Collaboration with property leadership and operations teams
As the primary sales leader for your property, you will be responsible for overall sales performance, driving revenue growth in a competitive and expanding market, and achieving measurable results.

Requirements
Previous experience in event planning or hospitality preferred
Bachelor's degree in marketing or related field, and 2-4 years' experience is hospitality or hotel sales
Requires a valid Driver's License
Excellent communicator with strong written and verbal communication skills
Excellent organizational with the ability to multi-task, time management and follow-up
Ability to maintain a positive attitude working in a fast paced environment
