Production Associate (Food & Beverage)

About the Opportunity
As a
Production Associate , you will play a critical role in the beverage bottling process. You will be responsible for operating high-speed aluminum canning equipment, ensuring every product meets strict quality standards, and working within a collaborative team to hit production targets.
Responsibilities
Machine Operation:
Observe machine operations to ensure quality and conformity of filled or packaged products; regulate flow, speed, and temperature settings.
Troubleshooting:
Stop or reset machines when malfunctions occur; work with the team to determine root causes and report deviations from standard parameters.
Safety & Compliance:
Ensure all products are manufactured safely by following Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
Documentation:
Accurately complete required production and quality paperwork throughout your shift.
Reliability:
Maintain punctual, regular, and predictable attendance in a fast-paced production environment.
Qualifications
Experience:
Minimum 1+ years of recent manufacturing experience (Food & Beverage experience is highly preferred).
Longevity:
Competitive applicants will have held previous roles for at least 2–3 years with excellent professional references.
Technical Skills:
Basic computer, math, and written communication skills; prior experience with production paperwork.
Knowledge:
Familiarity with sanitation, GMP, and allergen handling processes is a major plus.
Requirements:
High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience; two professional references from your last two employers.
Compensation & Schedule
Pay Rate:
Starting at $21.00/hr +$2 shift differential for overnight hours!
Shift:
Multiple shifts Day, Night, 5 8's, rotating 12's
