We're seeking

Senior Campaign Developers

that can support email business operations as the client moves from Adobe Campaign to Salesforce Marketing Cloud. Our ideal candidate would have experience with both platforms. As a technical expert, you'll build scalable workflows, integrations, and multi-channel campaigns that drive personalized customer experiences. You'll enhance speed, stability, and quality through strong development standards, data governance, and proactive optimization.

The work:

Improve workflow reliability, execution time, and delivery success rates
Establish standards for schema design, workflows, targeting logic, and QA
Strengthen collaboration with marketing, CRM, data, and engineering partners
Lead modernization that increases personalization, data accuracy, and integration performance
Build complex workflows, segmentation logic, deliveries, and transactional messaging
Define technical solutions aligned with marketing objectives and data strategy
Balance new builds with maintenance, defect reduction, and platform optimization
Troubleshoot workflow failures, delivery issues, and data discrepancies; drive root cause analysis Data, Integrations & Platform Excellence
Configure schemas, data imports/exports, enrichment logic, and reconciliation
Use SQL, JavaScript, and Adobe scripting to automate personalization and targeting
Implement data governance, workflow lifecycle processes, and delivery QA
Monitor platform performance and recommend optimization improvements Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement
Translate business requirements into scalable Adobe Campaign solutions
Provide technical reviews, documentation, and guidance to cross-functional teams
Communicate risks, dependencies, and technical decisions clearly and proactively Continuous Improvement
Use telemetry and workflow analytics to identify optimization opportunities
Standardize reusable components, templates, and segmentation logic
Promote best practices and continuous learning across teams
Here's what you need:

5+ years hands-on Adobe Campaign Classic/Standard development and/or Salesforce Marketing Cloud
Demonstrated ability to improve workflow performance, data quality, or delivery reliability
Experience collaborating with marketing, data, engineering, and compliance teams
Experience operating Adobe Campaign in high-volume or mission-critical environments
Customer-first mindset guiding all data, targeting, and execution decisions
Deep experience with workflows, targeting, schemas, personalization, and channels (email, SMS, push)
Strong SQL, JavaScript, and Adobe-specific scripting experience
Experience with CRM integrations, APIs, and Adobe Experience Cloud tools
Understanding of compliance and regulated-environment requirements
Experience improving platform performance and automation reliability
Familiarity with CI/CD concepts and secure development practices
Strong understanding of data governance and operational best practices
Ability to mentor team members and guide technical best practices
Bonus points if you have:

Adobe certifications and/or Salesforce Marketing Cloud certifications
Experience with Adobe Experience Platform, Journey Optimizer, or RT-CDP
Automation experience using APIs or orchestration tools
Demonstrated improvements to marketing velocity or workflow reliability

California, Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Massachusetts, Minnesota, New Jersey, New York, Washington, Vermont, the District of Columbia, and the city of Cleveland . The base pay range for this position in these locations is shown below. Compensation for roles at Accenture Federal Services varies depending on a wide array of factors, including but not limited to office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
