Are you a detail-oriented communicator with a passion for translating complex information into clear, engaging content? Fidelity is looking for a Technical Writer to join our Employee Experience Design team and support key client-facing benefit communications.
🔹 What You’ll Do
- Draft and edit technical content, including Summary Plan Descriptions (SPDs) and other benefit communications
- Develop content across print, web, video, and digital campaigns
- Partner with consultants and stakeholders to ensure accuracy, compliance, and clarity
- Help bring complex retirement and health & welfare plans to life in employee-friendly language
🔹 What We’re Looking For
- Strong writing and editing skills with the ability to simplify technical topics
- Experience with employee benefits, retirement plans, or health & welfare programs
- Familiarity with ERISA guidelines and compliance-driven documentation
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, client-focused environment
- Experience collaborating across teams and delivering high-quality work under deadlines
🔹 Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in English, Communications, Marketing, or related field
- 3+ years of relevant experience
- Strong research, organization, and project management skills
