Creative Marketing Specialist (Southfield)

Robert Half is hiring a mid-to-senior level

Creative Marketing Specialist

to support a fast-paced, highly collaborative financial services organization in Southfield, Michigan. This onsite, in-person role is responsible for executing a wide range of marketing initiatives, with a strong emphasis on BOTH

graphic design and marketing project management .

This position combines

creative production and marketing operations , supporting executive leadership and internal teams with high-quality, brand-compliant materials. Applicants must have

3+ years of experience

in a corporate marketing role, along with a

strong portfolio of graphic design projects

to be considered.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and design marketing materials including

presentations, sales collateral, social media content, and print assets using Adobe (not Canva)
Support planning and execution of

events and seminars , including vendor coordination, timelines, and materials
Partner with

executive leadership and internal staff

to develop and deliver marketing solutions and projects
Manage multiple marketing projects simultaneously, including prioritization and execution
Maintain brand consistency across

B2B marketing efforts
Operate within a

highly regulated, compliance-driven financial services environment
Oversee, mentor, and delegate tasks to a junior marketing team member

Required Qualifications:
Minimum

3 or more years of experience doing both Marketig & Graphic Design within a corporate environment
Proficiency in

Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) - not Canva
Demonstrated ability to produce

presentations, sales materials, and branded marketing content -

along with managing social media accounts, planning events, and tracking projects
Portfolio required, showcasing relevant work (presentations, print, digital assets, etc.)
Experience presenting to

executive leadership and confidence in public speaking
Strong organizational and project management skills

Work Environment:
Onsite in

Southfield, MI (5 days per week)
Standard business hours (8:00 AM – 5:00 PM)
