Position Overview

As a Marketing & Promotions Assistant, you will represent national and regional brands at live events, promotional activations, and community outreach campaigns. You will help support marketing initiatives, assist with product launches, and deliver engaging brand experiences that increase awareness and customer participation.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in executing marketing campaigns, brand activations, and live promotional events
Engage directly with customers to increase brand awareness and communicate key messaging
Represent client brands with professionalism, enthusiasm, and energy
Support event setup, logistics, on-site coordination, and breakdown
Collect customer feedback and assist with tracking campaign performance
Collaborate with marketing and event teams to achieve campaign goals
Maintain a positive, professional presence while representing partner brands
Qualifications

Interest in marketing, promotions, brand management, or event marketing
Outgoing, confident, and comfortable engaging with the public
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Motivated, reliable, and coachable with a strong work ethic
Team-oriented mindset with a professional attitude
High school diploma or equivalent required (marketing or communications background is a plus)
Experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, sales, or events is helpful but not required
