Schwab Advisor Services, the industry leader of custodial, operational, trading, product, and technology solutions for independent fee-based investment advisors (RIAs) is seeking an innovative, results-driven individual to serve as a Relationship Manager, AS Centralized Relationship Management.
In this role, you will serve as a trusted partner to a portfolio of advisorsbuilding strong, long-term relationships and helping them navigate business growth, operational challenges, and strategic decisions.
You will:
Build and deepen relationships with advisor clients, acting as their primary point of contact
Partner closely with internal teams (service, marketing, consulting, and product) to deliver seamless solutions and anticipate client needs
Identify opportunities to drive client growth, improve efficiency, and increase assets and revenue
Lead business reviews, present strategic recommendations, and guide clients through new offerings or policy changes
Influence outcomes through effective communication, negotiation, and problem-solving
Strengthen Schwab's position as a trusted, long-term partner in each client's success
This is a highly visible role where your ability to listen, connect, and proactively deliver value directly impacts client satisfaction, retention, and growth.

What You Have

We are looking for a relationship-driven professional who thrives in a fast-paced, client-focused environment and can balance strategic thinking with execution.
Required:
Active FINRA Series 7 and 63 licenses
5+ years of experience in financial services, ideally supporting RIAs or in a relationship management role
Proven ability to build trust and influence clients at multiple levels
Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
Ability to identify opportunities, solve problems independently, and drive results
Preferred:
Working knowledge of the RIA industry, including operations, technology, and practice management
Experience navigating complex client needs and coordinating across cross-functional teams
Bachelor's degree
