Senior Account Executive, Beauty PR

Tractenberg & Co. is seeking a highly motivated, beauty-obsessed Senior Account Executive to join our growing Beauty Division. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced agency environment, has strong media relationships across beauty/lifestyle/commerce, and is deeply tapped into the cultural conversations shaping the industry today.
Our team works with a dynamic roster of leading beauty, wellness, haircare, skincare, and lifestyle brands, driving integrated communications strategies that sit at the intersection of editorial, influencer, affiliate commerce, social buzz, celebrity, and culture.
This is a hybrid role based out of our SoHo office, with in-office collaboration three days per week and remote flexibility two days per week.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead day-to-day account execution across multiple beauty and wellness clients
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with beauty, wellness, lifestyle, and commerce media
- Proactively pitch and secure media coverage across digital, print, broadcast, podcasts, affiliate commerce, and social-first outlets
- Draft compelling pitches, press releases, media alerts, client recaps, briefing documents, and strategic communications materials
- Support influencer and creator outreach, gifting, and partnership initiatives
- Identify culturally relevant trends, partnership opportunities, and creative story angles for clients
- Manage product mailings, desksides, events, launches, and experiential moments
- Monitor media opportunities, industry trends, and competitive landscape
- Assist with client strategy development and brainstorms
- Help mentor and support junior team members
- Maintain strong organization across timelines, reporting, media lists, and client deliverables
QUALIFICATIONS
- 3–5+ years of beauty PR agency experience required
- Strong beauty, wellness, and lifestyle media contacts
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Passion for beauty trends, social culture, influencer marketing, and commerce media
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask across fast-moving accounts
- Positive, collaborative, solutions-oriented mindset
- Experience working with affiliate/commerce media strongly preferred
- Ability to think creatively and strategically while executing quickly
