Must-Haves:

Strong Graphic Design experience
E-commerce / Retail Design experience
Proficiency in Creative Suite, especially Photoshop, Illustrator, and After Effects
Portfolio required.
Qualifications:

3+ years of digital/graphic design experience in performance marketing, ecommerce, or retail marketing
Strong understanding of typography, layout, visual storytelling, and branding
Experience with Creative Suite and Figma
Basic knowledge of After Effects and e-commerce design limitations
Experience using project management tools such as JIRA
Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in e-commerce or retail marketing design
Experience creating digital marketing campaigns, email creatives, and paid social assets
Responsibilities

Design creative assets for e-commerce, web, email, social media, digital ads, mobile, and print campaigns
Create marketing emails and support full campaign execution from concept to launch
Develop engaging social content for platforms like Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and Pinterest
Translate marketing and merchandising strategies into compelling visual designs aligned with brand standards
Collaborate with marketing, copywriters, merchants, and cross-functional teams on campaign execution
Support mobile-first and responsive ecommerce experiences
Manage multiple fast-paced projects while meeting tight deadlines
