lead from the front , develop a team of killers, and own the entire online sales pipeline from first click to final signature.

What You’ll Do

Lead, train, and motivate a

team of 10 internet sales professionals

Drive

daily follow-up strategy —no lead left behind, no opportunity missed

Take full ownership of

deal acquisition

from digital channels

Work inside

Dealer Daily

like a pro—tracking, managing, and closing deals efficiently

Monitor performance, hold accountability, and push your team to hit and exceed targets

Ensure fast, professional responses to all inbound leads (calls, texts, emails)

Build a culture of urgency, energy, and winning

Collaborate with sales management to maximize conversions and profitability

What We’re Looking For

Previous Toyota experience is a MUST

(you know the systems, the process, and the pace)

Proven ability to

lead and develop a team

Strong understanding of

Dealer Daily and digital deal flow

Obsessed with

follow-up, structure, and closing deals

Strong communication skills—both with your team and your customers

Ability to track metrics, adjust strategy, and execute daily
