Delivering exceptional service to pet insurance customers, the full-time Customer Experience Specialist will manage high volumes of inquiries and ensure a seamless experience in a virtual environment while working a schedule that includes weekends.
Key responsibilities
Manage and resolve high volumes of inbound customer inquiries via phone, chat, and email with a focus on one-contact resolution
Educate customers on pet insurance products and services to enhance their understanding and satisfaction
Strengthen customer relationships by addressing issues promptly and creating memorable experiences
Required qualifications
Previous experience in customer service or a related field
Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and evenings
Familiarity with pet insurance or related products is a plus
Proficiency in using digital communication tools and platforms
Willingness to attend in-office meetings once a month if located within 50 miles of a MetLife office
