Join us as a Lead Product Manager, Risk Analysis & Delivery. In this influential role, you will shape and drive the product roadmap, ensuring it aligns with our overarching product vision and measurable objectives. You will collaborate with Product Owners, Digital & Technology leaders, business owners, and key stakeholders to gather insights and refine our priorities. Your contributions will integrate usability studies, customer research, and data/AI standards, guaranteeing a customer‑centric, impactful, and compliant design.

Your responsibilities will include defining and maintaining comprehensive product journeys by identifying data input/output needs and aligning with value stream goals. You will also play a crucial role in enhancing customer experiences through our digital risk evaluation, underwriting decision-making, and the communication of outcomes to customers and field teams.

Responsibilities

Drive the development of automation‑enabled capabilities that enhance risk evaluation and underwriting decision-making, utilizing rules‑based and workflow‑driven solutions.

Ensure that underwriting decisions and requirements are communicated effectively through intuitive digital experiences.

Collaborate with underwriting, operations, and technology teams to modernize and harmonize digital intake, decision‑making, and delivery throughout the underwriting lifecycle.

Identify and implement continuous improvements in business processes that impact product success.

Partner with business leaders and change management teams to define the product's business value and support customer messaging and outreach initiatives.

Specify data input and output requirements for comprehensive product journeys in line with value stream and business objectives.

Identify opportunities to enhance business processes affecting product success, fostering a culture of continuous improvement driven by data.

Work alongside Value Stream Leaders to optimize business processes at the product level through AI and automation.

Collaborate with Data/AI Subject Matter Experts to ensure compliance with data and AI regulations.

Engage with business leaders to articulate product business value and assist in customer communication efforts.

Ensure organizational readiness and effective change management align with product delivery timelines.

Identify, manage, and resolve dependencies and risks across teams and product lines.

Set, monitor, and track product‑level Objectives and Key Results (OKRs), ensuring they align with broader Value Stream OKRs.

Qualifications

A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

A minimum of 10 years of experience in product management or related roles.

Experience working with digital platforms in regulated or risk‑based environments (e.g., underwriting, eligibility, decision‑making, or compliance) is preferred.

Proven track record in defining and executing product roadmaps, integrating customer insights, and ensuring compliance with data/AI standards.

Strong understanding of product journey mapping, business process enhancement, and OKR management.

Proficiency in collaborating with cross‑functional teams and managing complex projects.

Excellent communication and teamwork abilities, with a capacity to influence and work effectively with others.

Adept at managing multiple tasks and meeting tight deadlines.

$110,350.00 - $181,285.00

The salary mentioned is a good faith estimate based on the primary job location and will be determined based on the successful candidate's qualifications and experience. This role may also be eligible for various incentive compensation.
