Key Responsibilities
The Senior Product Manager – Technical (PMT) accelerates product development and business growth of graph database products. Key responsibilities include:
Shape and lead product strategy, turning insights and customer feedback into plans that accelerate product delivery.
Own roadmap prioritization and contribute to feature development, acting as the voice of the customer throughout the software development lifecycle.
Collaborate directly with software engineering teams and senior management within the AWS databases organization.
Define product requirements and go‑to‑market strategy, coordinating with customers, partners, software vendors, and operational stakeholders.
Create business requirements documents and spearhead the definition of new capabilities.
Day in the Life
Typical tasks involve working with customers to understand their problems, analyzing service and business metrics, writing PRFAQs, pricing narratives, and naming documents, and iterating on product decisions with engineering teams. You will partner with marketing, sales, solution architecture, legal, support, documentation, and data science to test hypotheses and present strategies to senior leadership.
Basic Qualifications
3+ years of technical experience in software development, network development, IT, or other related fields.
Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, math, finance, or economics.
Experience taking a product from conception and definition through engineering design and market launch.
Experience delivering large‑scale SaaS, PaaS or LaaS products, responsible for the full product lifecycle.
Preferred Qualifications
Knowledge of engineering practices and patterns for the full software/hardware
etworks development life cycle, including coding standards, reviews, source control, build processes, testing, certification, and livesite operations.
Experience working within teams delivering software products and features using agile methodologies.

Compensation & Benefits
Base salary range: $152,200 – $205,900 USD annually for Seattle, WA. The package includes sign‑on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Comprehensive benefits include health insurance, dental, vision, prescription, life insurance, EAP, mental health support, flexible spending accounts, adoption and surrogacy reimbursement, 401(k) matching, paid time off, and parental leave.
