What you’ll be doing…
As a Client Executive, you will manage sales and marketing for multi‑dwelling unit (MDU) communities in the 5G Home footprint. You will be accountable for sales results, analyzing data, planning marketing activities, coordinating events with property professionals and vendors, and partnering with cross‑functional teams to resolve customer escalations.
Build and maintain relationships with property staff
Oversee two to three vendor sales agents
Create marketing plans to increase sales
Pull sales data from Verizon systems
Update documents in Excel, PowerPoint, and Google Sheets
What we’re looking for…
You are energized by challenges, capable of problem‑solving, flexible, dependable, and work well in teams or independently.
You’ll need to have:
Bachelor’s degree or four or more years of work experience
Four or more years of relevant experience (including military, if applicable)
Willingness to work a rotating schedule, including evenings and weekends
Ability to perform physical requirements of the job, with or without reasonable accommodation
Willingness to travel up to approximately 75% of the time
Valid driver’s license
Even better if you have one or more of the following:
Experience with Excel, PowerPoint, and Google Suite
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Experience in wireless sales and ability to motivate others to sell
Experience with systems such as Optix, AMDB, BDMS, OBIEE, and VZAI
Knowledge of the multi‑dwelling housing industry
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Where you’ll be working
In this mobile role, you will primarily work from customer or field locations, with occasional visits to a Verizon location for training and meetings.
