Job Summary
We are hiring a

Senior Social Media Manager

to lead and scale social media strategy across multiple client accounts. This is a high-impact, client-facing role suited for an experienced professional who thrives in a fast-paced agency environment and has a proven track record of growing large, engaged audiences.

You will own the end-to-end social media lifecycle— from strategy and content creation to analytics and team leadership—while mentoring a team of Social Media Managers and driving measurable results.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies across platforms including LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and Twitter (X)

Create and oversee high-quality, engaging content (graphics, video, photography, and copywriting) using tools like Adobe Suite and Canva

Build and manage monthly content calendars aligned with client goals and campaign timelines

Lead social media storytelling and brand voice development for multiple clients

Analyze performance metrics and optimize campaigns based on data‑driven insights

Conduct ongoing social listening and trend analysis to identify growth opportunities

Present strategies, reports, and insights to clients in a clear, compelling manner

Manage client communications, approvals, and workflows via social media management tools (e.g., Loomly)

Collaborate with internal teams to deliver creative assets and campaigns

Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Social Media Managers, fostering a high‑performance and creative culture

Qualifications

5+ years of experience in social media management, ideally within a marketing or creative agency

Proven track record of growing large social media followings and driving engagement

Strong understanding of internet culture, social trends, and digital audience behavior

Advanced content creation skills (graphic design, video editing, and copywriting)

Experience with social media management platforms and content management systems

Demonstrated leadership experience managing and mentoring teams

Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple clients and deadlines

Experience in B2B marketing and working with cross‑functional teams

Excellent communication and presentation skills (client‑facing experience required)

Ability to work autonomously while collaborating with leadership and stakeholders
