Position Overview
We’re seeking a driven, strategic, and creative Marketing Manager who can take ownership of Vive’s marketing initiatives and evolve into a key leadership role within the company. This person will be responsible for executing day-to-day marketing operations while helping develop long-term strategies that enhance visibility, elevate the brand, and drive patient engagement.
The ideal candidate is eager to grow into a leadership role and naturally takes ownership, thinks critically, and drives initiatives forward. They can think big, execute efficiently, and align every initiative with Vive's brand, culture, and business goals.
This person does not wait for direction. Instead, they proactively identify opportunities, solve problems, and continuously look for ways to improve and elevate Vive's marketing efforts. We value critical thinking, attention to detail, adaptability, follow-through, and a willingness to continuously improve. An appreciation for elevated branding, patient experience, and thoughtful marketing over trend-chasing is essential.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee daily marketing activities, including campaign planning, content creation, digital advertising, social media, email marketing, and partnerships.
Develop, implement, and measure strategic marketing initiatives that strengthen Vive’s brand presence and reputation.
Collaborate with leadership to identify growth opportunities, service launches, patient engagement initiatives, and seasonal campaigns.
Analyze performance performance metrics across platforms to evaluate ROI and optimize campaigns.
Manage vendor relationships (agencies, photographers, design partners, etc.) while ensuring deliverables align with Vive’s quality and brand standards.
Coordinate photo and video shoots to ensure alignment with brand aesthetic and messaging.
Maintain the marketing calendars, timelines, project milestones, and campaign organization.
Partner with operations and patient experience teams to ensure cohesive messaging and alignment across departments.
Identify opportunities to automate, streamline, and improve marketing systems and processes.
Stay current on industry trends, emerging platforms, and digital marketing tools within aesthetics, wellness, luxury service, and hospitality industries.
Qualifications
3–5+ years of marketing experience, preferably in aesthetics, wellness, luxury service, healthcare, hospitality, or a similarly experience-driven industry.
Strong understanding of digital marketing, branding, content strategy, and consumer engagement.
Proven experience managing projects, campaigns, timelines, and external vendors.
Analytical mindset with the ability to track KPIs, interpret data, and adjust strategies accordingly.
Exceptional writing, communication, organizational, and project management skills.
Strong visual and brand instincts with an appreciation for elevated patient experiences and luxury-level presentation.
Proficiency with platforms such as Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, Google Ads, Canva, and email marketing tools (experience with Zenoti is a plus but not required).
Proven ability to prioritize, execute, and follow through in a fast-paced, high-expectation environment.
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively while maintaining a high level of accountability and professionalism.
