Job Description:
The VP, Go-To-Market (GTM) Lead Support will partner with GTM and business leadership to plan and execute the rollout of a digital banking platform, ensuring end-to-end launch readiness and coordinated execution across business, marketing, operations, client service, training, and control partners. This role brings strong program management discipline and drives stakeholder alignment to deliver successful launches and adoption outcomes.

Qualifications
Required
7+ years of experience in

GTM, product launch, program management, product operations, or business transformation

(financial services or similarly regulated environments preferred).
Demonstrated success leading

large-scale launches

with multiple stakeholder groups and senior leadership visibility.
Strong

stakeholder management

and influence without authority; comfortable driving alignment across diverse teams.
Excellent executive communication: concise status reporting, clear narrative building, and decision facilitation.
