Presentation Specialist

The Creative Services Lead is responsible for developing high-quality visual assets that ensure consistent brand representation and elevate the firm's visual identity. The role will bring expertise in producing impactful brand and marketing materials that help shape and strengthen our brand identity. They will partner with Brand Marketing on the vision and strategy for how the brand is represented in the Americas.
Deliverables
Create, develop and execute high-quality visual assets that ensure consistent and compelling brand representation across all platforms and channels
Partner with Brand Marketing and key stakeholders to translate brand strategy into impactful creative concepts and deliverables
Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to deliver creative assets that align with business objectives and brand standards
Support the evolution of the firm's look and feel through the production of modern, on-brand marketing materials, templates, resource guides, fact sheets, etc
Update, maintain and apply brand guidelines to ensure visual consistency, quality, and accuracy
Ability to adhere to and stay within existing brand guidelines while maintaining creative lense
Implement, document and manage relevant best practices, identifying and improving inefficiencies
Create and manage workflows from concept through final delivery, ensuring timelines, priorities, and quality standards are met
Build, curate and maintain brand image libraries that support consistent brand expression, efficient asset usage, and strong visual governance
Ensure marketing collateral is thoughtfully structured and formatted, applying sound design principles to support clarity, readability, and brand consistency
Identify opportunities to refresh and enhance brand imagery to keep creative expression current and effective
Balance creative innovation with business needs, delivering solutions that are both visually engaging and strategically sound
Ensure alignment with global business partners, identifying opportunities to collaborate
Act as a trusted advisor on all brand related initiatives, leveraging industry knowledge and expertise
Strong understanding of corporate branding, specifically within B2B organizations
