Paid Digital StrategistLaSalle Network has partnered with a boutique digital marketing agency to identify a Paid Digital Strategist for a 2-month, fully remote contract engagement (40 hours per week). This consultant will step in quickly to own day-to-day paid digital strategy and execution, partnering closely with internal teams to optimize campaigns and deliver measurable results. The ideal candidate is comfortable operating in a contract environment, taking immediate ownership, and balancing both strategic thinking and hands-on execution.This Paid Digital Strategist is highly hands-on and focused on driving lower-funnel paid media performance across key client accounts.Paid Digital Strategist ResponsibilitiesOwn end-to-end paid digital strategy and execution with a strong emphasis on lower-funnel performanceManage and optimize campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, and other paid media platformsMonitor performance daily and translate insights into actionable optimizationsLead testing strategies across creative, audience, bidding, and landing pagesManage budgets, pacing, and performance reportingCollaborate cross-functionally to ensure seamless executionCommunicate performance insights and recommendations clearly to stakeholdersStay current on platform updates, trends, and best practicesPaid Digital Strategist Qualifications6+ years of experience in paid digital or performance marketingProven experience managing conversion-focused, lower-funnel campaignsHands-on expertise with Google Ads and paid social platformsData-driven mindset with strong analytical skillsAbility to ramp quickly and operate effectively in a contract environmentPlease note this will be a W2 contract and pay up to $115.00/hr.
