Graphic Designer

Summary
Responsible for the design and production of visual materials for a variety of media types including print, web display, outdoor, and multimedia presentations. The end products represent Lee Health and related brands. A high degree of creativity and artistic ability is essential along with strict attention to detail and technical accuracy. Requires proficiency in current standard graphic design software and knowledge of emerging techniques. Must understand how to conceptualize work from creative briefs through execution.

Responsibilities

Design and produce visual materials for print, web display, outdoor, and multimedia presentations.

Represent Lee Health and related brands with creativity and artistic ability.

Ensure strict attention to detail and technical accuracy.

Conceptualize work from creative briefs through to execution.

Direct and purchase services from outside vendors.

Work directly with department managers and administration as a project manager when needed.

Implement new strategies to enhance effective performance and delivery among team members.

Understand client job needs and communicate them to team members.

Take responsibility for brand oversight and maintain brand creative assets.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or a related field required.

Minimum of 5 years experience in graphic design.

Proficiency in current standard graphic design software.

Knowledge of emerging design techniques.

Strong understanding of how to conceptualize work from creative briefs to execution.

Ability to act as a project manager and manage vendor relationships.

Strong attention to detail and technical accuracy.

Knowledge of brand oversight responsibilities.

Licensure & Certifications

State of Florida licensure not required.
